The enzyme removes the oxygen. Seal the plate and the O2 inside is consumed; the OxyBlue dot on the lid shifts from deep blue to absolute white when the plate is anaerobic. The full color change develops over 6 to 8 hours.

Enhanced formulation, every plate

The full OxyPlate line now reaches anaerobiosis substantially faster and supports denser growth, with improved hemolysis visualization on blood media and a strengthened PEA formulation. The OxyBlue indicator is optimized too: a deeper starting blue and an absolute-white endpoint make the read unmistakable.

Onboarding comes standard

Every evaluation now begins with hands-on onboarding for your techs: streaking technique, racked stacking, and a simple lift test that confirms the seal before the plate goes in the incubator. No one is left to figure it out alone.
