We accept Orders from Companies, Hospitals, and Universities.

We do not ship to personal residence nor to post office box.

Inside USA:

Orders may be placed by mail, telephone, fax, or email.

We accept Purchase Orders for domestic delivery.  Payment is due 30 days from date of shipment. Shipping is via FedEx. The shipping charge is added to the Invoice. Also, payment can be made by Visa or Master Card.

Discounts are available for volume, for standing order, and to Educational institutions.

Outside USA:

Shipping is via FedEx.

The Purchaser is responsible for clearing customs and paying for taxes and duties, if any. Please contact your local FedEx office for assistance.

Payment is by Visa,  Master Card, or Bank Transfer, and must be made before order ships.

Shipment is made to get the product to your location without delay. If there are special requirements, please add them to your order.

Oxyrase, Inc. will return a proforma invoice that includes shipping charges. When payment is made, the order will be promptly shipped.
