We accept Orders from Companies, Hospitals, and Universities.

We do not ship to personal residence nor to post office box.

Inside USA:

Direct Orders may be placed by mail, telephone, fax, or email.

We accept Purchase Orders for domestic delivery.  Payment is due 30 days from date of shipment. Shipping is via FedEx. The shipping charge is added to the Invoice. Also, payment can be made by Visa or Master Card.

On-Line Orders can be placed by clicking the Shopping Cart for the item purchased and completing the form as instructed. For On-Line purchases a standard shipping charge is applied and payment is made through Pay Pal. Shipping is via FedEx.

Outside USA:

Shipping is via FedEx. The Purchaser must determine the suitability for delivery by going to the FedEX web site and confirming the following:

      > Your location accepts dry ice

      > Shipment can be made in 3 days or less

The Purchaser is responsible for clearing customs and paying for duties, if any. Please contact your local FedEx office for assistance.

For Direct purchases, payment is by Visa or Master Card.

For On-Line Ordering, the Purchaser must determine shipping cost  from the FedEx web site. Enter that amount to the On-Line Purchase Form to complete the Order. Use the following information to get shipping cost:

     > Package size: 9 inches X 9 inches X 10 inches.

     > Package weight:  5 pounds

     > Ship from Mansfield, OH, 44905, USA

Entering incorrect information will delay your order.

Shipment is made to get the product to your location without delay. If there are special requirements, please add them to your order or contact Oxyrase, Inc..
