Shipping and Terms

We accept Orders from Companies, Hospitals, and Universities.  We do not ship to personal residence nor to post office box.

Order in the USA
Orders may be placed by mail, telephone, fax, or email.  We accept Purchase Orders for domestic delivery. Payment is due 30 days from date of shipment. Shipping is via FedEx. The shipping charge is added to the Invoice. Also, payment can be made by Visa or Master Card.  Discounts are available for volume, for standing order, and to Educational institutions.

Outside the USA
International orders must be placed directly with Oxyrase, Inc. Shipping is via FedEx.The Purchaser is responsible for clearing customs and paying for taxes and duties, if any. Please contact your local FedEx office for assistance.  Payment is by Visa, Master Card, or Bank Transfer, and must be made before your order ships.  Shipment is made to get the product to your location without delay. If there are special requirements, please add them to your order. 

Send your order to Oxyrase, Inc. via email (oxysales@oxyrase.com), by fax (419.589.9919) or submit an online order inquiry. Include your ship to address, postal code,  phone number, fax number, email address, and desired method of payment. Oxyrase, Inc. will return a proforma invoice that includes shipping charges. When payment is made, the order will be promptly shipped.
