Placing an Order

You have three ways to order Oxyrase Products:

• directly from Oxyrase, Inc.
• through Fisher Scientific
• through Cardinal Health

International orders must be placed directly with Oxyrase, Inc. To get pricing information for Cardinal or Fisher, you can call Customer Service, go to their catalog page, or work with your assigned Fisher or Cardinal representative. Use the respective order numbers provided in the Pricing pages to get specific information about a particular product. You can always contact Oxyrase, Inc. if you need help.

In all cases, Oxyrase, Inc. drop-ships products directly to you, provides you with our exceptional Customer Service, and stands behind all of our products to your satisfaction. We ship via FedEx, and we are responsible for the product until it is delivered to you.

The form you will fill out below is an Inquiry-  not an order. Oxyrase, Inc. offers discounts for volume orders, standing orders, and for educational use. We will respond with the lowest price available for your order and give you shipping and handling costs for that order. At that point, you can confirm the order by returning a Purchase Order.

Educational discounts require a statement on institutional stationary, listing the class name, approximate number of students, and the time the class is offered.
